While most puppies from Essence of Grace Yorkies are reserved in advance or held back for extended evaluation, this is a rare opportunity to welcome a puppy without joining the waitlist.
Families interested in future litters are still encouraged to join our puppy waitlist, as availability can change quickly and most puppies are placed before public listing.
Why Join Our Puppy Waitlist?
First Pick Access – Waitlist families are matched to puppies in order of application date and gender preference.
🔹 Note: As show breeders, we always reserve first pick from every litter for our own program. If no puppy meets our show needs, we release our pick to the waitlist.Gender-Specific Wait Times – Wait times for a puppy may be shorter or longer depending on your gender preference.
Planned Matching Process – Puppies are evaluated for show potential at 8 weeks old. Matches for pet homes are finalized after this evaluation.
Priority Matching & Reserved Placement – At 2 weeks old, families may choose to pay a $500 reservation fee to secure priority placement within that litter. This reservation fee is applied toward the total purchase price. Your specific puppy is selected after our 8-week evaluation, but your spot in the litter is secured based on your application and reservation.
Ongoing Updates – Receive regular updates on pregnancy progress, puppy milestones, and evaluation results.
Flexible Placement – If no puppy meets your preferences, your reservation rolls over to the next eligible litter.
Lifetime Breeder Support – From your first inquiry through your puppy’s first year (and beyond).

All puppies produced by Essence of Grace Yorkies are placed with AKC Limited Registration and a mandatory spay/neuter agreement.
Our puppies are intended for companion homes only and are not placed with breeding or show rights. This policy protects the integrity of our breeding program and ensures responsible, lifelong placement.

We are actively planning future Yorkshire Terrier litters as part of our preservation-focused breeding program.
Our next planned breeding is anticipated later this year, pending health, timing, and final pairing decisions. As with all Essence of Grace Yorkies litters, breedings are approached thoughtfully and intentionally, with priority placed on the wellbeing of our dogs and the long-term quality of our program.
Specific pairing announcements are shared first with approved waitlist families.
Families interested in a puppy in 2026 are encouraged to apply early, as most placements occur before public listing.
