Welcome to Essence Of Grace Yorkies. By using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Permitted Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

3. Purchases & Payment

All payments must be made in full at the time of pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on the website.

4. Holding Fees & Reservation Policy

A reservation fee may be required to reserve a specific puppy or placement spot. Reservation fees:

  • Are applied toward the total purchase price

  • Do not constitute indefinite reservation rights

  • Are only accepted after application approval and breeder confirmation

If a puppy is held beyond the normal go-home timeframe due to delayed pickup, lack of communication, or repeated scheduling changes, we reserve the right to relist the puppy while retaining the holding fee as credit if placement resumes and the puppy is still available.

5. Puppy Purchase Terms

  • Puppies are sold with AKC Limited Registration unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • A video interview is required before any reservation

  • Puppies leave current on vaccinations, deworming, and microchipping

  • A signed purchase contract is required prior to pickup or delivery

  • In-home visits are not permitted for health and safety reasons

6. Lifetime Return-to-Breeder Policy

If at any point an owner is unable to keep their dog, the dog must be returned to Essence Of Grace Yorkies or placed only with breeder approval.

Dogs bred by Essence Of Grace Yorkies may not be:

  • Surrendered to shelters or rescues

  • Rehomed privately

  • Transferred without breeder knowledge

To protect the dog, Essence Of Grace Yorkies may be listed as a primary or secondary contact on microchip registrations.

Refunds are not provided for returned dogs.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images and text, is the property of Essence Of Grace Yorkies and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from website use, puppy purchases, or services rendered, including conditions that develop after placement.
