At Essence of Grace Yorkies, we proudly offer AKC-registered Yorkshire Terrier puppies bred from champion bloodlines. Our focus is on health, structure, and temperament — each puppy is raised in our home with exceptional care, socialization, and love.
AKC Yorkie Pricing — Companions, Show Dogs, and Retirees
Pet Companion Pricing (AKC Limited Registration)
Males: $4,000
Females: $4,500
Includes AKC Limited Registration (spay/neuter contract required)

Show Prospect Pricing (Full AKC Registration)
$5,000 – $6,000
Our show-quality Yorkies are evaluated for structure, coat, attitude, and overall conformation. These puppies are reserved for experienced show homes and serious breeders.
Full AKC Registration (by approval only)
Must meet breed standard and show criteria
Requires co-ownership or specific contract terms

Retired Adults
$800 – $1,500
Occasionally, we offer well-loved adult Yorkies who have retired from our program. These adults are:
Spayed or neutered
Receive a dental cleaning before placement
Great for individuals looking for a calm, trained companion
Note: Retired adults are rarely available and often placed with previous families or local connections.
How to Reserve Your Puppy – Our Holding Fee Policy
We require a $500 non-refundable holding fee to reserve your chosen Yorkshire Terrier puppy. This fee is only accepted once the puppy is at least 2 weeks old and thriving, ensuring your spot is secure while also prioritizing the puppy’s early health and stability.
This holding fee applies after you’ve:
Completed a puppy application
Had a Zoom or FaceTime interview with us
Been officially matched with a puppy or placed on our waitlist
Once the holding fee is received, that specific puppy will no longer be offered to other families. Because we receive multiple inquiries per puppy, this fee is non-refundable under any circumstance. It reflects your commitment—and ours—to move forward with the purchase process confidently.
Accepted Payment Methods & Final Payment Details
We aim to make the payment process smooth, secure, and flexible for all families. While cash is our preferred method for final payment, we also accept:

✅ Credit/Debit Cards via GoodDog (fees apply)
Final payment is due in full at the time of pickup or delivery.
We will send clear instructions once your puppy is confirmed for reservation. Please note that all payment receipts must be confirmed prior to go-home day to avoid delays in pickup or transport.
