We occasionally have Yorkshire Terrier puppies available once they have been individually evaluated and are ready for placement. When puppies are available, their information will be posted on this page.
We do not currently have any puppies available for immediate placement, but we are actively planning future litters and continue to accept applications from families interested in upcoming Yorkshire Terrier puppies.

🐾 Current Availability
We do not currently have any Yorkshire Terrier puppies available for immediate placement.
We are currently working toward our upcoming winter 2026 litter plans, including the planned third and final litter for our AKC Champion Abbey. Pregnancy has not yet been confirmed.
We currently have families waiting for both males and females; however, our waitlist remains open and we continue to accept applications for upcoming and future litters.
Puppy availability will depend on litter size, sex, individual development, and the puppies we may retain for our breeding and showing program.
🐾 HOW PLACEMENT WORKS (READY-TO-GO PUPPIES)
After your puppy application has been submitted and reviewed, we will contact you to discuss the puppy, answer questions, and determine whether we may be a good fit for one another.
Approved families are considered based on the individual puppy, timing, preferences, and overall fit. Our puppies are not placed on a first-come, first-served basis.
✔ Local Families (Southern California)
• Local families may arrange an in-person meeting at an agreed-upon public location.
• Puppies available for placement will have received age-appropriate veterinary care and vaccinations.
• If both parties decide to move forward and the puppy is ready to leave, the puppy may go home at the time of the meeting.
• Any remaining balance is due before the puppy goes home.
✔ Out-of-Area Families
• A video call is required before moving forward with a puppy.
• If pickup or transportation must be scheduled for a later date, a $500 holding fee is required to reserve the puppy.
• The holding fee is applied toward the puppy's purchase price.
• A puppy is not considered reserved until the required payment has been received.

Our small, in-home program allows us to give each puppy individual attention while making thoughtful decisions about breeding, raising, and placing our Yorkshire Terriers.

🚗 PICKUP & DELIVERY OPTIONS
We work with families throughout Southern California and across the United States and offer several options for bringing your puppy home.
Local Pickup & Meeting
Families in Southern California may arrange an in-person meeting at an agreed-upon public location. We can generally arrange a complimentary meeting within approximately one hour of Orange County.
Flight Nanny Delivery
For families outside our local area, in-house flight nanny delivery may be available. Your puppy travels in-cabin with a flight nanny and is personally accompanied to the arranged destination.
Transportation outside our complimentary local meeting area, airline-related expenses, health certificates when required, and other travel costs are separate from the puppy's purchase price.

🐾 Looking for a Future Yorkshire Terrier Puppy?
Many families begin the process with Essence of Grace Yorkies before puppies are born. We welcome applications from families interested in upcoming and future Yorkshire Terrier litters.
After completing our application process, approved families may join our waitlist. As puppies are born and develop, we stay in communication with our waiting families and consider each puppy’s individual characteristics, family preferences, and overall fit before placement.
Joining our waitlist does not guarantee a puppy from a particular litter, sex, adult size, or timeframe.
✨ Additional Availability
From time to time, we may have Yorkshire Terrier puppies that are not immediately listed publicly.
Families who have completed our application process or joined our waitlist may receive priority consideration when these opportunities become available.
Because our placements are based on the individual puppy and overall fit, availability may vary depending on each family's preferences and what we have available.
