Adorable Girl was originally held back for extended evaluation within our breeding and show program and raised in-home as part of our daily family life. After careful consideration, we have decided to place her as a premium companion puppy in a loving pet home.
She is affectionate, confident, and people-oriented — the kind of Yorkie who truly enjoys being with her humans and settling into family routines. She has received consistent socialization, grooming exposure, and handling, making her an excellent choice for families who want a wonderful companion without the challenges of a very young puppy.
She is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and routine veterinary care, and is ready for placement now.

This companion puppy is placed strictly as a pet and does not include AKC papers.
She is a purebred Yorkshire Terrier and was previously registered during evaluation. For this placement, she is being offered as a companion only, and registration papers are not included.
The absence of papers is due to placement intent and prior registration status, and does not reflect pedigree, health, or overall quality.
🐾 HOW PLACEMENT WORKS (READY-TO-GO PUPPIES)
After your puppy application is submitted and reviewed, we are happy to move forward with placement.
✔ Local Families (Southern California)
• Approved families may schedule an in-person meeting at a public location
• Puppies are fully vaccinated and ready for in-person meetings
• If you move forward, your puppy may go home the same day
• Full payment is due at pickup
✔ Out-of-Area Families
• Zoom or FaceTime interview required
• If pickup or transport needs to be scheduled, a $500 reservation fee is required to hold the puppy
• Reservation fee is applied toward the purchase price
• Puppy is not reserved until payment is received

Due to her age, training foundation, veterinary care, and the extended time invested in raising her in-home, this companion puppy is priced in the same range as our standard Yorkie puppies.
Companion placement puppies who are held back for evaluation often receive:
• Additional vaccinations and vet visits

• Training foundation beyond 12 weeks
This allows families to bring home a puppy who is more emotionally mature and easier to transition into daily life.

Our current pricing reflects the exceptional care and services included:
Males: $4,000
Females: $4,500
Prices include:
✔ AKC limited registration (pet homes only)
✔ Age-appropriate vaccinations (2 sets)
✔ Deworming at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 weeks
✔ Fecal test before go-home date
✔ Go-home exam by our veterinarian
✔ Grooming, flea prevention, and microchipping (AKC Reunite, prepaid)
✔ Starter bag with food, treats, blanket, and other goodies
✔ Ongoing support and guidance
🔹 Puppies staying past 12 weeks may have increased pricing due to additional veterinary care, vaccines, and training.
How Our Puppies Are Raised
Every Essence of Grace Yorkie puppy is:
✔ Socialized using early neurological stimulation (ENS) from days 3–16
✔ Raised indoors in clean playpen setups (not cages!)
✔ Pad-trained and started on basic manners
✔ Fed Royal Canin Mother & Baby Dog, then transitioned to Royal Canin X-Small Puppy (2–10 months)
We also recommend daily Nutri-Cal nutritional gel and small, frequent meals to support blood sugar stability at 12 weeks.
Vaccination & Health Info
1st vet visit + vaccines: 8 weeks
2nd vet visit + vaccines: 11 weeks
Fecal exam: 11.5 weeks (lab-tested off-site)
Puppies go home at 12 weeks fully checked, with all records.
💡 Your puppy will likely need 2–3 more vaccine sets after going home to complete their series.
